At The Amandla Collective, we are building a space of knowledge, healing, and action. Our services center the power of community, the brilliance of Black children, and the liberation that comes with telling the truth—about language, education, and identity.

• Charter School Application Consulting
  Support applicant groups with mission design, community engagement, academic model development, and board readiness.
  → Specializing in helping leaders of color build strong, equity-driven proposals.

• New School Start-Up Support
  Guide first-year charter leaders in operations, academic model implementation, family engagement, and accountability alignment.

• Educational Consulting: Supporting schools, educators, and organizations in creating linguistically affirming, culturally sustaining environments.

• Program & Curriculum Design: Co-developing learning experiences rooted in justice, joy, and community voice.
